memKR1-21

memKR1-memKR21

memKR expression in the eye and enveloping layer (Teh et al., 2010).

memKR expression in the telencephalon, olfactory pit, hypothalamus, lens, hindbrain (r3 and r5, Teh et al., 2010).

memKR expression in the telencephalon, optic tectum, hypothalamus, olfactory pit, anterior commissure, optic chiasm, branchial arches, midbrain-hindbrain boundary, trigeminal ganglion (Teh et al., 2010).

memKR expression in the pigmented epithelium of eyes and in jaws.

memKR expression in the eye, jaws, ears, notochord, neural tube, spinal nerves, enveloping layer.

memKR expression in the ears (semicircular canal), axonal commissures, enveloping layer.

memKR expression in the pigmented epithelium of eyes, optic tectum, habenular commissure (afferent neurons, i.e. Calretinin- and Calbindin-expressing cells of the ventrolateral forebrain, Lee et al., 2010), hindbrain commissures, somite boundaries, fins, brachiomotor neurons. The image 3 shows a composite transgenic of KR11 and ET16 expressing GFP in the lateral nucleus of habenula (efferent neurons).

memKR expression in the midbrain (optic tectum), hindbrain (vagal nucleus), horizontal myoseptum (Korzh et al., 2011).

weak memKR expression is in the floor plate and myofibers.

memKR expression in the roof plate, subpopulation of pigmented cells and some cells in pronephros.

memKR expression in the retina, lens and pigmented epithelium, olfactory placode, whole heart (Teh et al., 2010), telencephalon (olfactory bulb), hindbrain (cerebellum, r3, r5-6, radial cells), jaws, enveloping layer, notochord.

memKR expression is found in the choroid plexus III and IV, branchial arches, olfactory pits, rhpmbic lips (r4-5), vagal nucleus, pectoral fins, otic vesicle, EVL.

memKR expression is found in the olfactory placode, eye, forebrain, midbrain, cerebellum, lateral line primordia (all) and neuromasts, enveloping layer.
